We ship out all items by using Poslaju courier service by default.

Delivery cut off time
Any payment made before cut off time we will courier your item out on that working day. Otherwise will be courier out the next working day.
Monday to Friday: 5pm (Except Public Holiday)

In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, seller would contact buyer for decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.
We allow combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight. System will automatically calculate the combine shipping fee and show on the check out page.
Risk of Loss
We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim the compensation for the relevant delivery company. All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
Terms and Conditions
All sales are final unless the item is defective upon receipt.
Customer satisfactions are always our priority and please contact us first if you meet any problems with your order before you leave negative feedback. We will assist you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Any defects products, please snap a picture and then send back to us via email on email@example.com and we will follow up from them with the customer. Take note that all used product can't refund anymore.
A. Important Notes:
- Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
- Items must be sent out from customer’s side within 3 days upon successful request.
- Postage of return and replacement will be borne by customer
- If customers received damaged/stained items, and request to change to different designs or colors, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.
- Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.
- Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems.
- Wrong items from what you have ordered. (Eg. Totally wrong item code or color)
- Minor scratches or color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed
- Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
- Sold out items are not available for exchange.
- Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.
